This workshop was held on the Autumn Equinox, but we can release and reset at any time. Use this recording to work at your own pace or revisit practices that support you. Over two and a half hours, Lila Danis and Mandy Brinkley weave themes of letting go and setting intentions into this workshop.
The primary wellness tools used in this program are breathwork, somatic therapy (gentle movement and yoga), yoga nidra and guided visual imagery meditation.
