We combine various wellness practices such as: meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic therapy to meet the needs of those we work with.
Workshops and programming can be customized to serve clients and communities. Options range from hour-long Lunch & Learn workshops educating participants on the science of wellness techniques including experiential and practice examples to multi-week wellness programs with take home practices and recordings. Wellness techniques can be thought of as developmental skills that can be learned by people of all ages. We can learn to support our health and wellness by becoming active participants in our unique health and healing processes.
We use scientifically supported practices and techniques for a variety of different reasons such as lowering stress, improving the quality of sleep, and improving our ability to connect and communicate with others.
As we practice nervous system capacity building strategies we can learn to make choices that support us where we are in the moment or be more present experiencing what is unfolding without needing to change or alter the experience. We believe people do the best they can with the skills, knowledge and level of awareness that they have - so why not intentionally invest in improving these areas?
HOW DOES IT WORK?

We begin with a free consultation to explore your goals and see if our approach is a good fit. Whether you're interested in individual coaching or a group workshop, this first step helps lay a strong, supportive foundation.

Together, we design a personalized experience using mindfulness, breathwork, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation tools. You’ll learn practical skills to support your well-being; in your body, your relationships, and your daily life.

We regularly check in, reflect on what’s working, and adjust as needed. Wellness isn’t linear. We honour your process, offering tools and support that grow with you, whether in short sessions or long-term partnership.
