About Grow kind Mind:

Grow Kind Mind offers individual wellness coaching in addition to virtual and in-person corporate, government and nonprofit group-based workshops. We combine various wellness practices such as: meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic therapy to meet the needs of those we work with. Workshops and programming can be customized to serve clients and communities. Options range from hour-long Lunch & Learn workshops educating participants on the science of wellness techniques including experiential/practice examples to multi-week wellness programs with take home practices and recordings. Approach

Wellness techniques can be thought of as developmental skills that can be learned by people of all ages. We can learn to support our health and wellness by becoming active participants in our unique health and healing processes. We use scientifically supported practices and techniques for a variety of different reasons such as: lowering stress, improving the quality of sleep and improving our ability to connect and communicate with others. As we practice nervous system regulation strategies we can learn to make choices that support us where we are in the moment or be more present experiencing what is unfolding without needing to change or alter the experience. We believe people do the best they can with the skills, knowledge and level of awareness that they have - so why not intentionally invest in improving these areas?
